1. Who we are

Cape2Canada operates from 757 Hastings W., Vancouver, BC, V6C 1A1, Canada.

2. The service

We publish general information about relocating from South Africa to Canada and sell one-on-one relocation planning sessions. Sessions provide general information and planning assistance only. They are not immigration advice, eligibility assessment, form preparation, or representation, and no professional–client relationship for such regulated services is created. 3. Booking, payment and refunds

• Fees are quoted upfront by email and paid by EFT invoice in rands to our First National Bank (FNB) account — no online payment.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment reflects and we email you a session time. If we can't offer a workable time, you receive a full refund.
• Reschedule freely up to 24 hours before your session. Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or if you don't attend, the fee is forfeit — we keep the slot for you as long as we reasonably can.
• If we must cancel and can't reschedule with you, you receive a full refund.

4. Your responsibilities

Decisions about your move are yours. You agree to verify current program rules, fees and timelines with official sources (IRCC/canada.ca and the relevant SA authorities) before acting, and to seek licensed advice (RCIC or lawyer) for anything concerning your specific eligibility or applications.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or a session is limited to the amount you paid us for that session. We are not liable for immigration outcomes, which rest solely with IRCC.

6. General

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. Questions: info@cape2canada.co.za.
