Nobody lies awake about the form.
You lie awake about the other things. Whether you are taking the children away from their grandmother for a good reason or a frightening one. Whether the number in the bond account is enough. Whether you will be forty-eight in a city where nobody knows what you used to be.
We cannot answer those. Nobody can, and anyone who tells you they can is selling you something.
What we can do is take the part that is not a feeling — the certificates, the queues, the forms that expire while you wait for other forms — and get it out of your house. We have stood in those queues ourselves. We know which ones take four months and which take four days, and we know which order they have to go in.
You will still have the hard conversations at the kitchen table. You just will not be having them at eleven at night with a browser full of tabs.
Four things we won't do
- No hidden fees. The price is the price, and quotes are written before work starts. If scope genuinely changes, we re-quote first.
- Pay your way, in rands. Securely online via PayFast (card or EFT). We never see your card details.
- No subscriptions or auto-renewals. Each product and each piece of work is agreed on its own.
- No promises about visas. Nobody can guarantee an outcome, and anyone who does is selling you something.
Questions people actually ask
What if the report says we're not ready?
Then it says so, and it tells you what to fix first and roughly how long that takes. That is the useful answer, not the flattering one — and it is far cheaper to hear it now than eighteen months and a few hundred thousand rand into the wrong plan. Our own sample report opens with "not ready yet".
How is this different from your free guides?
The guides explain how the process works in general. The paid work is about your family — your money, your documents, your timeline, your order of operations. The guides will tell you a police clearance takes months. The R3,499 report tells you when yours has to be started for your plan to hold.
What happens if you miss the 48 hours?
You email us and we send your R3,499 back the same day. No form and no argument. The clock starts when you submit your completed questionnaire, not when you pay — so take as long as you like filling it in.
Who actually reads my answers?
An experienced consultant reads every answer personally — not software. We cap intake at six assessments a week so each one gets the attention it needs.
